The biggest fear when buying hot melt adhesive is that if it looks similar, it will drop on the machine. 1、 First, check the appearance of the particles (first level upon arrival)

2、 Check the melting state (test before operation)

• Smooth melting and good fluidityHot melt adhesive for book and magazine binding 160–180℃ The viscosity and wettability are optimal (accurate values are subject to the accompanying process card); If the temperature is too high, it will thermally depolymerize → carbonize and become brittle, while if the temperature is too low, it will have poor penetration and be prone to peeling.

3、 Performance on the computer (the hardest indicator)
