Possible reason 1: The temperature of the glue tank in the drum hot melt glue machine is too low
Reason and solution: Low temperature will increase the viscosity of hot melt adhesive, that is, the thinner it is, the easier it is to draw. The melting temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine can be appropriately increased to reduce the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive. It should be noted that the temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine should not be raised too high to avoid carbonization of the hot melt adhesive.
Possible reason 2: The glue is too thick
Reason and solution: The thicker the pearl cotton hot melt adhesive, the easier it is to draw. If the thickness of the adhesive is thin, the speed can be increased, and the higher the speed, the less adhesive is needed. You can also adjust the thickness knob to look thinner. Or adjust the pressing height during the gluing process, not too low or too low. The easier it is to draw.
Possible reason 3: The viscosity of pearl cotton hot melt adhesive is too high
Reason and solution: The higher the viscosity, the easier it is to draw. Replace low viscosity hot melt adhesive particles or replace special formula non brushed hot melt adhesive particles
