Hot melt adhesive particles are solid particles at room temperature and cannot directly adhere to objects. It needs to be heated to 160-190 ℃ using a glue pot or granule gluing machine to melt into a liquid state, applied to the surface to be glued, and then subjected to short pressing, cooling and shaping to form a bond. The entire process does not add water or solvents, it is a 100% solid content adhesive, and there is no waiting time for drying. It can be set in just a few seconds – this is also why it is loved for book binding, cardboard box sealing, and graphic printing.
After milling and roughening the book core with the adhesive linkage line, apply a strip of EVA hot melt adhesive on the spine of the book, attach the cover, clamp and compact it. After cooling, the book pages will be firmly bound into a book.
