Q: What if the float gets stuck?
A: After stopping the machine, remove the floating ball to clean the carbides and check the flexibility of the shaft. It is recommended to check every 2 weeks, as more frequent checks are needed for particles with high carbide content.
Q: Is the photoelectric type accurate in high-temperature steam environment?
A: Steam above the glue pool will interfere with the photoelectric signal. It is recommended to install a blowing dust removal and anti fog device at the detection window, or choose a weighing scheme.
