How to reduce the drawing problem of packaging hot melt adhesive? The manufacturer’s downtime may come at a high cost. Reduce the drawing of hot melt packaging adhesive by making some easy to implement changes to three variables (equipment, environment, and adhesive).

1. Check the position, angle, temperature, nozzle size, and condition

3. Check the distance between the nozzle and the substrate to determine if it can be reduced

1. Reduce direct airflow to avoid high viscosity and premature adhesive drying
