The automatic flap closer is the core equipment of the express packaging line, and the setting of glue spraying parameters directly affects the quality of the sealed box and the cost of glue used. There are too many parameters that are mutually constrained, and if they cannot be adjusted properly, it will either result in missed coating or glue overflow. This list lists the 6 most critical setting parameters, which can be adjusted according to the table to cover 90% of debugging requirements.

Q: What is the reason for intermittent glue spraying?
A: Most of them are nozzle blockage or unstable pressure. Clean the nozzle first, and then check if the air source pressure is stable at 2 bar or above.
Q: How to adjust the uneven thickness of the glue line?
A: First check if the glue spraying time is constant, and then check for nozzle wear. The nozzle with severe wear and uneven glue dispensing needs to be replaced.
