First, run one or two lines on the new glue for half a day: check if the glue is evenly sprayed and if there is any wire drawing; Take several sealed samples for “drop test” (1.2m free fall 3 times without bursting); Re check in a low-temperature environment for 24 hours. Replace all three items in full.
Q: Can manual sealing glue be directly applied to the automatic line?
Answer: Most likely not. The viscosity and opening time of handmade adhesive do not match the pumping and line speed, which can easily cause gun blockage and false adhesion.
