On July 22nd, Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN) of the United States released the “Top 50 Global Chemical Companies 2024”. Eleven Chinese-funded chemical enterprises have made it into the top 50 globally, namely: Sinopec, petrochina, Formosa Plastics, Synthetics under Sinochem Group, Rongsheng Petrochemical, Wanhua Chemical, Hengli Petrochemical, Dongfang Shenghong, Tongkun Holdings, Hengyi Petrochemical, and Xinfengming Group. Among them, Dongfang Shenghong and Xin Fengming Group made their debut on the list.
