The bidding documents are often flipped over and should be concise. Choose medium viscosity EVA hot melt adhesive particles with a softening point of 85-95 ℃ and low odor. Leave an opening time of 8-12 seconds for easy manual alignment in small batches. When there are many inner pages on copperplate paper, the viscosity should be sufficient to penetrate the coating.
Ordinary book and magazine adhesive film covers often have a “false sticking” – they appear to stick on the surface, but come off easily when pulled. The adhesive particles must be labeled as “suitable for laminating” in the word order, as their formula has better adhesion to BOPP/PET film surfaces. When placing an order, be sure to specify whether the cover is coated or not.
