Seta RC is a dark, low astringent extract from the bark of oak trees. Seta RC is used in the tanning and retanning processes of vegetable tanned and chrome tanned leather. It can be applied in the tanning and retanning of vegetable tanned leather, giving the leather a compact grain surface, plumpness, and excellent buffing and embossing characteristics, as well as giving dark leather a uniform color effect. Seta RC does not contain PCP and its derivatives.

If used as a single tannin extract for bottom leather, the recommended dosage is 40-50% of the weight of the skin ash; Blue leather retanning, especially for dark colored leather, is recommended at a dosage of 5-25% of the weight of the shaved leather.

Vegetable tanning:Mainly black and brown leather;; Seta RC can provide good fullness, embossing, and good dark dyeing effect: the dosage of Seta RC is between 5% and 30% of the skin weight according to the requirements of the finished grain surface.
