Seta SF-1 is a filling material synthesized from special organic materials. Moreover, the penetration of SetaSF-1 has a certain selectivity, which can significantly reduce the loose surface phenomenon in the gluing part of the leather. At the same time, the leather also has a very good fiber density and cutting area. The filling performance of Seta SF-1 has no PH requirement, so the PH range of hand-produced injection can be applied. In addition, SetaSF-1 can also be used as a moisture-retaining agent. It can effectively maintain a certain level of humidity in leather and prevent the cracking of the grain surface caused by leather drying. SETA SF-1 has excellent lightfastness and is also recommended for use in the production of hand-colored base leather.
SETA SF-1 is generally used at 60°C with a low liquid ratio. Adding it 20 minutes before greasing can accelerate material absorption. Depending on the application conditions, such as mechanical action, the material can be basically absorbed within 15 to 20 minutes. After that, the liquid ratio can be appropriately increased according to the next process.
