Each batch should have 500g sealed sample, labeled with batch number, arrival date, and trial production line. Sunlife hot melt adhesive (Guangzhou Sunlife Trading) comes with COA and sealed samples for each batch, and customers can conduct “batch by batch retesting” to minimize stability risks.
Q1: Should small factories test every batch?
At least test the appearance and sample adhesion, conduct full testing on key batches, with low cost and high cost of overturning.
Q2: Can the same model from different manufacturers be mixed?
Not recommended. Stability between batches depends on the same manufacturer first, mixing is equivalent to superimposing fluctuations from two companies.
