How to set the temperature correctly

  • Step FourTry to apply three adhesive lines and observe if they are continuous and if there are any bubbles before entering formal production.
  • Step FiveBefore shutting down, cool down to standby temperature. If the production is stopped for a long time, empty and clean the pot.

Choosing glue also affects heating efficiency

Q: Can the adhesive particles melt repeatedly?
Answer: Yes, but there are limitations. Repeated high temperatures for a long time can cause viscosity to decrease and color to darken. It is recommended to use up the glue in the pot during the shift.
