A Guangzhou clothing factory was repeatedly returned by e-commerce customers due to the detachment of tags. The original process used double-sided tape to attach hang tags, and during the rainy season in southern China, the edges became damp and curled, resulting in a 3% drop rate during warehouse inspections. The factory manager found “Sunlife Hot Melt Adhesive” to seek a spot adhesive solution.
After the renovation, customer complaints about the hang tag have been reduced to zero, and the cost of using adhesive for a single piece is less than a penny, which is actually cheaper than double-sided adhesive.
