It can be applied in the tanning and retanning of vegetable tanned leather, endowing the leather with compact grain size, plumpness, and excellent buffing and embossing characteristics. Product application: The recommended dosage for vegetable tanning is 5-10% of the weight of the skin ash. If used as a single tannin extract for base leather, the recommended dosage is 40-50% of the weight of the skin ash. For fully vegetable tanned leather and light base leather, the dosage is 25% to 35%. Blue leather retanning, especially for light colored leather, is recommended at a dosage of 5-25% of the skin weight
