Product properties: Seta SUN is a universal type of oak tree type tannin extract used in the tanning and retanning processes of vegetable tanned and chrome tanned leather. Used in the vegetable tanning process, it has fast permeability and produces light leather color. Used in the retanning of wet blue leather, it endows the leather with a compact grain, plumpness, and excellent buffing and embossing properties. Seta SUN is applicable to any process and system (drum, tanning tank, grooving). Seta Sun does not contain PCP and its derivatives
Product application: If used as a single tannin extract for bottom leather, the recommended dosage is 40-50% of the weight of the skin ash. For fully vegetable tanned leather and light bottom leather, the dosage is 25% to 35%. The recommended dosage for retanning is 5-25% of the weight of the skin that has been evenly shaved
Product packaging: 25kg per plastic bag, 1000kg per pallet.
Storage conditions: Keep away from moisture and avoid direct sunlight
Shelf life: If kept in its original condition, this product will last for at least one year without deterioration
