What are the characteristics of pearl cotton hot melt adhesive? Pearl cotton, also known as EPE, is a foamed polyethylene polymer. Scope of use of EPE pearl cotton:
EPE is widely used in various products such as electronic appliances, instruments, computers, speakers, medical equipment, industrial control cases, lighting fixtures, handicrafts, glass, ceramics, home appliances, paints, furniture, alcohol and gift packaging, hardware products, toys, fruits, shoe packaging, daily necessities, etc. After adding anti-static and flame retardant agents, it exhibits excellent performance. EPE pearl cotton is also widely used as elastic lining for handbags and bags. Soundproofing, insulation materials, agricultural insulation materials, aquaculture floating equipment, sports equipment protective pads, water-saving home rescue equipment, home and hotel floor decoration, liners, etc. Its pipelines are widely used in air conditioning; Baby stroller, Children’s toys, Furniture and other industries. EPE, when combined with aluminum foil or aluminum plated film, has excellent resistance to infrared and ultraviolet radiation, making it a substitute for some chemical equipment, refrigerators, and camping equipment.
S-399:EPE pearl cotton and pearl cotton bonding or pearl cotton and cardboard bonding special hot melt adhesive. It has good fluidity, high adhesive strength, no drawing, fast curing speed, white transparency, yellowing resistance and aging resistance. Its operating temperature is generally between 140~160 ℃.
S-39A:EPE pearl cotton and pearl cotton bonding or pearl cotton and cardboard bonding special hot melt adhesive. It has good fluidity, high adhesive strength, no drawing, fast curing speed, white transparency, yellowing resistance and aging resistance, and can be used at low temperature. Its operating temperature is generally between 120-140 ℃.
