It is recommended to use modified EVA or APAO based hot melt adhesive particles with a higher proportion of tackifying resin. This type of adhesive has a moderate softening point (80-95 ° C), a slightly longer opening time, and can be fully wetted on the aluminum foil surface before curing. The peel strength can reach 4N/cm or more. Sunlife hot melt adhesive has launched a special model for aluminum foil coating scenarios. After testing by multiple cosmetics box factories, the bonding strength has increased from 60% of universal adhesive to over 95%.
When rushing to print images and text, problems such as glue cracking, falling pages, or unstable adhesion may not necessarily be just a problem with the glue. It can be checked item by item from the aspects of equipment temperature, glue amount, paper status, production rhythm, etc., and confirmed by sampling based on actual equipment and materials.
