By optimizing the EVA hot melt adhesive, the production time and unnecessary equipment maintenance costs during the bonding process of the product have been significantly reduced.
The adhesive clogged by “carbon” (carbon deposits) has caused a considerable amount of production downtime and maintenance costs on the production line. In the hot melt adhesive industry, there is a client who achieved their operational budget target by eliminating the production bottleneck caused by their previous adhesives.
When using traditional hot melt adhesives, the process adhesive machine system is more likely to carbonize over time, even with diligent preventive maintenance.
