1、 The roller height is adjustable. Generally, the lower the roller, the more adhesive it comes into contact with and the more adhesive it carries out. On the contrary, the higher the height of the drum, the less adhesive it comes into contact with, and the less adhesive it carries out.
2、 The drum speed is adjustable. When the speed is fast, the amount of glue applied to the drum will be less. When the speed is slow, more glue will be applied to the drum.
We need to adjust the height and speed of the drum to adjust the glue application amount to the most suitable range, in order to achieve the optimal glue application amount (the minimum glue application amount that does not affect the bonding effect).
In addition, the temperature of the hot melt glue machine and the temperature of the drum have an impact on the amount of glue applied, because the higher the temperature, the lower the viscosity of the hot melt glue, and the less glue it brings. On the contrary, the lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity and consistency of the hot melt adhesive, thereby producing the glue. There will be more. The temperature of the melting pot is the same.
