1、 Cohesive strength of hot melt adhesive

2、 Curing time of hot melt adhesive
The curing time of hot melt adhesive is very important for the occurrence of wire drawing. Generally speaking, hot melt adhesives with short curing times have a lower chance of drawing because the fine threads formed after curing cannot continue to elongate, making them prone to breakage and sometimes not even drawing out.
3、 Rheological properties of molten hot melt adhesive
The rheological properties of molten hot melt adhesive have a decisive impact on wire drawing, which is related to the design of the hot melt adhesive formula, the selection of materials in the formula, and the composition.
4、 The influence of machine temperature
If the temperature is too low, the thinness of the glue itself will increase, leading to wire drawing phenomenon.
