1、 Cohesive strength of hot melt adhesive
The basic cohesion and drawing effect of hot melt adhesive are: high cohesion, obvious drawing phenomenon; On the contrary, if the cohesive strength is low, there will be no wire drawing phenomenon.
2、 Curing time of hot melt adhesive
The curing time of hot melt adhesive is crucial for the occurrence of wire drawing. 4、 The influence of machine temperature
If the temperature is too low, the thinness of the glue itself will increase, leading to wire drawing phenomenon.
