It is recommended to prepare materials separately by workstation: the machine should be of the quick fix type, while the repair and sample book tables should be of the long open time type. Both should be labeled and stored separately to avoid mixing. Stores with small usage can only prepare one universal type, but they need to accept a compromise of compromise. If there is indeed a temporary shortage of materials that must be exchanged, the impact can be minimized by adjusting parameters: when using machine made quick fix materials for manual use, the glue temperature should be appropriately reduced by 5-10 ℃ and the amount of glue taken at a time should be reduced to save some operating time; If the manual long open material is temporarily placed on the machine, the pressing pressure should be increased, the holding time should be extended, and the line speed should be reduced. These are all emergency measures, and the corresponding brand should still be replaced after the order is fulfilled.
Q1: The graphic and text store only wants to prepare one type, which one should I choose?
If the machine is the main one, choose the machine with fast curing type. When repairing manually, reduce the glue temperature appropriately to extend the operable time.
