The bonding of EVA hot melt adhesive is achieved by melting the hot melt adhesive through a hot melt adhesive machine. The melted glue turns into a liquid, and then the hot melt glue is poured into contact with the surface of the object to be bonded through a hot melt glue machine. After the hot melt adhesive cools down, the bonding is completed. 1、 Choose a color. Generally, hot melt adhesive comes in three colors: milky white, light yellow, and white. Generally speaking, light yellow hot melt adhesive has better adhesion than white or milky white.

2、 Temperature resistance: Generally speaking, the temperature resistance of hot melt adhesive is not very good. If the temperature is too high, softening may occur; If the temperature is too low, the hot melt adhesive will become brittle. So when choosing a hot melt solution, one should consider the temperature changes in the environment.

3、 Viscosity, hot melt adhesive has two types of viscosity, namely early viscosity and late viscosity. Only when the early and later adhesiveness are consistent, is it a good hot melt adhesive that keeps the object being bonded stable.

4、 Opening time refers to the time when the adhesive becomes effective after a certain period of time. After exposure and curing, the adhesive has good bonding performance. If it exceeds this time, the bonding performance will significantly decrease or even become non adhesive. It is an important process performance of hot melt adhesive. The main factors affecting the opening time include the specific heat capacity of hot melt adhesive, coating temperature, coating amount, coating method, ambient temperature, preheating temperature and thermal performance of the substrate used for adhesion. In practical use, the adhesive should be quickly bonded after use to ensure sufficient bonding performance.
